Trivia
2
Widely used as a wedding song, Sting's composition with The Police is actually about obsession, jealousy, and surveillance, not love.
Chosen simply because Stewart Copeland liked the word. It reflected the 'policing' or controlling of their own musical destiny and had a stark, authoritative sound.
